The Textile & Fashion Forum Helsinki 2025 will take place on 1 October at Little Finlandia, bringing together industry leaders, experts and companies to discuss innovation, sustainability and the future of the sector. The full-day programme includes keynotes, parallel sessions, company cases, design excellence showcases and an evening networking reception. Registration is open to all, with early-bird discounts available until 14 September 2025.

Textile & Fashion Forum Helsinki 2025
Welcome to Finland’s leading textile and fashion industry event, Textile & Fashion Forum Helsinki. Held at Little Finlandia, Helsinki, on 1 October 2025, the Forum brings together industry leaders, innovators and decision-makers to explore innovation, sustainability and the future of the sector.
Programme
The event runs from 9am to 8pm. The day will feature keynote speeches, parallel afternoon sessions, company cases and design excellence presentations, as well as discussions on resilience, regulation and profitability. Networking opportunities will continue into the evening cocktail party. Confirmed speakers include former President Tarja Halonen, international experts and leading companies such as Suominen, Fiskars and Robes Rental.
Registration
Tickets are available with categories for members, public sector and general admission. A limited early-bird discount applies until 14 September 2025. Registration is open to all and multiple tickets may be purchased per order.
Accommodation
A room block is available at Crowne Plaza Helsinki – Hesperia for 29 September to 2 October 2025, with special rates valid until 15 September or while availability lasts.
