ITMA 2027 will take place at Messegelände Hannover, Germany, from 16-22 September 2027. Owned by the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers (CEMATEX), the event is held every four years and brings together technology providers and industry stakeholders from across the textile and garment value chain. The 2027 edition will focus on four innovation areas: advanced materials; automation and the digital future; human-centric manufacturing; and sustainability and circularity.
A dedicated sector on textile recycling will feature at the exhibition, reflecting the growing focus on textile-to-textile recycling and circular technologies. It will cover recycling equipment, wastewater treatment, separation of solid, fluid and gaseous substances, heat recovery systems, waste management and pollution prevention. The exhibition will also showcase systems designed to minimise waste and maximise resource value, alongside digital technologies and automation aimed at improving efficiency and enabling smarter, more sustainable manufacturing.
ITMA 2027 will provide an opportunity for textile and garment stakeholders to explore technologies and solutions across sustainability, digitalisation, automation and circularity, while connecting with stakeholders across the value chain.
