The Circular Fashion Federation (Fédération de la Mode Circulaire) is a professional organisation bringing together more than 250 members from across the circular fashion ecosystem. It represents professionals in circular fashion and companies in the textile recycling industry, with the aim of promoting circularity and supporting the transition towards more sustainable models in France and Europe.  

The Federation represents its members in discussions with institutions and coordinates work on the development of circular fashion through conferences, round tables, strategic discussions and position papers. It also supports members through working groups, trainings, conferences and collaborative projects covering areas including legal, economic, industrial, social, digital and marketing issues. Its annual Common Programme for Circular Fashion sets out proposals that the Federation carries to public authorities on behalf of its members.  

The Federation also promotes transparency, impact education and compliance with industry standards, with a particular focus on traceability across the value chain. Its activities cover circular approaches including eco-design, repair, rental, reuse, upcycling and recycling, supporting collaboration between different actors across the fashion and textile value chain.
