The textile, clothing, leather and footwear (TCLF) sectors are evolving rapidly. To understand how education and training can better respond to industry needs, we kindly invite you to take part in a short survey (approx. 10 minutes).

The survey aims to collect perspectives from companies and education providers (VET and higher education) in seven countries (Lithuania, Finland, the Netherlands, Czechia, Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia) on current skills challenges, future needs, and transversal issues such as inclusion and diversity.

This survey is part of the AEQUALIS project, which is conducting this exercise annually until 2027 to anticipate future skills needs in the TCLF sectors. The findings will inform education providers, policy makers and industry stakeholders, helping us to design better training offers and strengthen the sector’s competitiveness.

You can complete the survey in your preferred language by selecting it in the top right corner of the form. Your responses will remain confidential and used only for this study.
