Cedefop is inviting stakeholders across Europe to take part in a short survey ahead of the European Skills & VET Week 2026. The survey will help map views on vocational education and training, skills development and lifelong learning, and will support the design of future campaign activities at European and national level.

Help shape the 2026 campaign
Preparations are underway for the European Skills & VET Week 2026. Cedefop, the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, is conducting a stakeholder survey to gather views from across Europe.
The survey is addressed to professionals and organisations involved in vocational education and training, skills development and lifelong learning. This includes policymakers, social partners, employers, VET providers, skills networks, public authorities and media professionals.
Why the survey matters
The results will help establish a baseline for the European Skills & VET Week 2026 communication campaign. They will also help identify current perceptions, expectations and priorities around skills and vocational education and training in Europe.
Participants are invited to share their views on skills shortages, the attractiveness of VET pathways and the role of lifelong learning in supporting workers through labour market transitions.

The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous and will be treated in strict confidence.
