CEC will expand training, upskilling and reskilling opportunities through the EU Pact for Skills and Erasmus+ projects, particularly by reinforcing the EU Network of TCLF Education Providers across Europe. Joint activities will focus on updating occupational profiles and developing the related education material, strengthening VET- industry collaboration, and launching visibility actions to make footwear careers attractive to young people. By June 2028, the EU Network for TCLF Education Providers should gather at least 50 centres and 14 workshops should have taken place. At least 10 new joint activities should have come up between members of the Network by the end of 2027.
