Recover commits to operating under robust environmental, social and governance standards across all production hubs. In 2024, Recover fully implemented their Responsible Sourcing Committee, working with 100% of suppliers in Bangladesh under structured improvement plans covering labor conditions, safety and payroll transparency, while maintaining GRS, Higg FEM/FSLM and ISO certifications across facilities. Recover will continue strengthening supplier oversight, expanding governance frameworks to new hubs, and reinforcing workforce training to ensure consistent global standards as they scale.
