Pafos/Polis is the leading destination for international tourists visiting Cyprus. In 2023, it drew in over 34.2% of all foreign visitors to the island, making it the most popular choice. Ayia Napa town came in second, attracting 16.4% of all inbound tourists. Interestingly, in 2019, Pafos/Polis was even more popular, drawing in 35.6% of tourists, indicating a potential shift in the preferred tourist destinations within Cyprus.
