DEPLOYTOUR High-Level Event — the flagship annual meeting of the Tourism Data Space organised by the Interministerial Committee, led by the Italian Ministry of Tourism, with the support of AnySolution.

This exclusive forum will accelerate a shared, multi-level vision for responsible data governance in tourism and connect political decision-makers with the technical experts and key tourism stakeholders turning ideas into action. The meeting will spark high-value political and technical dialogue across EU Member States, European institutions and the broader tourism ecosystem.

Delegates will exchange strategies, shape joint priorities and build the partnerships needed to translate DEPLOYTOUR’s results into national policies and operational practice.

Through structured sessions showcasing tools, use cases and operational recommendations, tourism ecosystem representatives from different entities will debate practical pathways for data interoperability, data governance, ethical data use and national uptake. 

The day finishes with a high-level networking session featuring the European Commission, the European Parliament, UNWTO, OECD and participating tourism ministries, a unique opportunity to influence EU strategy and forge lasting collaborations.
