Launch of the Data-Driven Sustainable Tourism Forum
The Data-Driven Sustainable Tourism Forum will launch its inaugural webinar on 15 April 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 CET, bringing together institutions, experts and stakeholders from across the tourism ecosystem to explore how data can support more sustainable destination management.
This first forum aims to demystify sustainability through the lens of data, fostering a collaborative space where key actors can exchange insights, share emerging practices and contribute to the ongoing dialogue on the future of sustainable tourism in Europe. Through a series of biannual webinars, the initiative will address key challenges and opportunities related to data source integration, CO2 emissions calculators, sustainable tourism indicators, and evidence-based governance.
The initiative is supported by the European Commission, and is facilitated by AnySolution as part of several European initiatives advancing tourism data and innovation, including:
- DEPLOYTOUR – Deployment of the European Tourism Data Space
- D3HUB – EU Competence Centre to support data management in tourism destinations
- FACILITATE EU
Further details about the agenda and speakers will be announced soon.
