Introducing FACILITATE – Facilitating the digital transition of the European tourism ecosystem from a data-driven approach. Co-funded by the European Union, the project supports destinations and SMEs in adopting smarter data management and sharing practices. FACILITATE provides tailored assistance and helps stakeholders benefit from services developed within initiatives such as D3HUB – EU Competence Centre for data management in tourism destinations, and DEPLOYTOUR – Deployment of the European Tourism Data Space.

By understanding the real needs of tourism actors, FACILITATE aims to:
• Help destinations and SMEs transition towards a data-driven, green and digital future
• Build a framework for informed decision-making
• Provide capacity building and access to digital tools for all types of destinations
• Strengthen Europe’s tourism data ecosystem through shared knowledge and expertise

The project is coordinated by AnySolution and implemented in partnership with Scholz & Friends, Breda University of Applied Sciences, Turismo Andaluz, DIH Tourism 4.0 and NECSTouR. Together, they are working to build a more resilient and innovative European tourism landscape.

Stay tuned as the FACILITATE consortium shares insights, tools and opportunities to join the journey. Follow the project page on LinkedIn for updates:
