On 9 July 2025 at 17:00 Kyiv time, the GSTC will host a webinar titled "Lanzarote: un destino turístico fruto del esfuerzo compartido," focusing on how Lanzarote has developed a unique tourism model through participatory co-governance and close collaboration with local stakeholders. The session will explore the island's long-term strategy that balances authentic tourist experiences with community well-being, integration of stakeholders, destination regeneration, and the development of a bespoke ESG framework aligned with international standards. Speakers include Héctor Fernández Manchado and Víctor Fernández Morales, discussing these initiatives with a case study on Epicentro Lanzarote (The original piece available only in Spanish).
