The European Cultural Heritage Skills Alliance (CHARTER) project, funded by Erasmus+, released a document in November 2024 with 12 recommendations to bridge the gaps between education, training, and labour market needs in the cultural heritage sector. Developed through comprehensive research, consultations, and collaboration with various stakeholders since 2021, the document highlights the role of heritage in promoting sustainability, innovation, and social impact for a resilient and values-driven future in Europe.
