The plan also highlights the use of smart technologies to enhance energy management and urban living, while developing scalable solutions for other cities. The report is divided into five sections, detailing the replication activities in Celje, including background, benchmark framework, processes towards the implementation of the Replication Plan, plan development, and a summary of the document’s work. The results presented aim to address the challenges Celje faces in becoming a Smart City and achieving its Smart-City Vision.
