Interreg Euro-MED is holding an online technical meeting on 23 September 2026 for anyone considering applying to the 7th call of the programme, which is funding Transfer projects under the Mediterranean Multi-Programme Mechanism (MMM). The call supports projects that build on an existing output already developed under a different MMM programme, transferring and scaling it up rather than creating something new, with an indicative budget of around €8 million for roughly 10 projects capped at €800,000 each. This model is intended to help proven approaches to shared Mediterranean tourism challenges, from managing pressure on natural sites to strengthening climate resilience, reach new destinations more quickly than if each had to be developed independently. This session gives potential applicants a chance to ask questions directly to the programme team about eligibility, the application process, and how the capitalisation and transfer requirements work in practice, before the call closes on 30 September 2026.
