The CO-HOST project (Creating Opportunities for Vocational Education and Training (VET) Mobility in Hospitality and Tourism), funded by the Erasmus+ programme, runs from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025. It aims to support mobility projects between EU member states and Western Balkan countries to enhance the skills and competences of VET learners, thereby improving and modernising the VET system in these regions. The project focuses on Tourism, Marketing, and Hospitality, with a strong emphasis on green and entrepreneurial skills. Its specific objectives are to share best practices among VET providers from the EU and enlargement countries, enhance the technical and pedagogical skills of VET staff, improve the technical, transversal, and soft skills of VET students to boost their job prospects, and establish solid national networks in the Western Balkan countries.
