GreenHost (Vocational Excellence, Policy and Enterprise United for Hospitality Management Skills Adapted on Environmental Footprint Methods) project, funded under the Erasmus+ CoVe programme, aims to enhance sustainable hospitality management through vocational training aligned with environmental footprint methods. Coordinated by the University of Macedonia, it focuses on fostering collaboration between education providers and the tourism industry to improve skills, promote best practices, and support green and digital transitions in hospitality. Running from March 2024 to March 2028, its expected outcomes include 55 deliverables such as training resources, events, and a network of good practices to support responsible tourism across Europe.
