UN Tourism and the Sommet Education Foundation have launched the Social Innovation Challenge, an international initiative seeking cutting-edge solutions to foster sustainable, inclusive, and green tourism worldwide.

Participants are invited to propose tech-driven strategies in three categories:

  • community-based tourism,
  • inclusivity & accessibility,
  • green projects.

This challenge is open to startups, scaleups, and innovators with projects that enhance tourism's social impact. Successful applicants will benefit from scholarships, global networking opportunities, access to strategic partners like Plug and Play, and participation in the UN Tourism Demo Day.
