This short online course, organised by EIT Food, is designed to be flexible, easy to join, and easy to complete! With four comprehensive modules, we equip you with the essential knowledge needed to foster innovation and entrepreneurship skills. From identifying the problem you aim to solve to securing funding for your startup, our course guides you through the basics of launching a new venture.
This course is important because, ultimately, you will be able to articulate your set of innovation and entrepreneurship skills and explore new career opportunities.
In more detail, the participants will:
Appreciate the value of opportunities that arise
Identify, develop, and act on entrepreneurial opportunities
Articulate a food system problem that a sustainable solution can address
Evaluate a target market in order to assess the potential for a product innovation
Mobilise resources to support the creation of value to the market
Implement actions to initiate the delivery of an innovative solution
