A pledge allows an organisation to publicly declare its commitment to the Agri-Food Code of Conduct and explain how it intends to contribute to the transition towards more sustainable food systems. The pledge should describe the organisation’s planned actions, the results it aims to achieve and, where applicable, the targets and indicators that will be used to measure progress.

Organisations that submit a pledge can use the platform to put the Code into practice. The platform also enables stakeholders to collaborate in workspaces, share information and follow progress. Organisations committed to the Code may also receive recognition for their efforts through awards. Only organisations that have committed to the Code are eligible to apply for these awards.
