La Tizná is an independent SME and "sustainable eating house" that serves as a national benchmark for food sustainability, recently earning the 2025 American Express Essence Award for the best sustainable restaurant in Spain. It champions a farm-to-table model by sourcing 100% of its organic, seasonal ingredients from small Andalusian producers, effectively reducing carbon footprints while promoting an inclusive menu and a curated eco-shop of local biodynamic products.
