FEDIOL is the European federation representing the interests of the European vegetable oil and protein meal industry. Through the processing of agricultural raw materials, our sector contributes to the production of food and feed as well as bio-chemicals, biofuels and other bio-materials.
When endorsing the Code in 2021, FEDIOL highlighted four aspirational objectives, which were considered relevant for the sector and, to date, continue to be addressed within the organization.

EU Code of Conduct on Responsible Food Business and Marketing Practices
FEDIOL recognizes the importance of accelerating the transition towards an EU sustainable food system. The 2026 report outlines the sector's contribution towards achieving the ambitious aspirational objectives #1, #3, #4 and #7.
