The PANTOUR project has highlighted the family-owned business Müritzhof Knust as a model for inclusivity and diversity by actively employing individuals with various disabilities and educational levels. Müritzhof Knust combines an organic farm focused on sustainability with a guest accommodation offering. The business collaborates with partner organisations to support the employment and integration of individuals with disabilities into the workforce, emphasising training and upskilling. This approach not only addresses workforce shortages but also demonstrates the organisation's commitment to creating a workplace where everyone can contribute their unique skills and talents. Benefits include a diverse workforce, motivated employees, and employee empowerment.

For a detailed overview of this best practice, including key principles, examples, case studies, potential pitfalls, challenges, benefits, outcomes, and methods for measuring success, please refer to the attached link to the PANTOUR project analysis published on 28 November 2024.
