The PANTOUR project has recognised the career development programme of the Spanish HOSBEC (Hotel and Tourism Business Association of the Valencian Community) as a best practice. This programme focuses on continuous training to enhance various skill sets, with a strong emphasis on digitalisation and environmental sustainability. The primary objective is to create multidisciplinary job profiles, ensuring that current employees are well-prepared to apply for new positions within the organisation.
