Ukraine is taking steps to prepare for the transition from Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 to the new Construction Products Regulation (EU) 2024/3110. The updated framework introduces changes related to the placing of construction products on the market, conformity assessment procedures and the provision of product information.

The new Regulation also strengthens requirements related to market surveillance and introduces digital tools to improve the availability and accessibility of product information. The transition is expected to require updates to national legislation, technical procedures and industry practices as Ukraine continues aligning its construction products framework with EU rules.
