The Statistikportal of the German-speaking Community of Belgium provides data on tourism in 2023, highlighting another record year for arrivals and overnight stays. The statistics are categorised by region (Eifel and Eupener Land), municipality, accommodation type, and visitor origin. In total, over 239,000 arrivals and 577,000 overnight stays were recorded. The increase was driven mainly by foreign tourists, whose numbers rose by around 20%, while Belgian tourist figures remained stable or declined slightly.
