According to Istat, in 2023, the most visited destinations by inbound travelers in Italy were Lombardia, Veneto, and Toscana, accounting for 46.9% of total arrivals across the 20 administrative regions. These regions also led in attracting foreign tourists before the pandemic, highlighting a high level of tourism centralization in the country.
