In Slovakia, museum attendance in 2022 nearly reached pre-pandemic levels, achieving 99.4% of the 2019 figures. Interestingly, the number of museum visitors in 2022 surpassed cinema attendance by 0.9%, a shift from pre-pandemic times when cinemas were the more popular choice for leisure activities.
