The call for proposals under Action 7.1: Development of Urban Areas (ZIT) by the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy in Poland aims to support the economic, social, cultural, environmental, and tourism development of urban functional areas through Integrated Territorial Investments (ZIT). The program focuses on enhancing investment areas, business infrastructure, science and innovation institutions, vocational school infrastructure, tourism infrastructure based on local potentials, and cultural institutions. It also addresses administrative capacity building for territorial development initiatives. The application process is non-competitive, and the call is open from November 30, 2023, to December 31, 2026 (The original piece available only in Polish).
