The Greentour Ecolabel, developed under the Greentour project, provides an environmental assessment system for tourism destinations based on a life cycle perspective. Aligned with the ISO 14021:2016 standard for type II ecolabels, it sets specific criteria for accommodations, restaurants, bars, and tourism activities, focusing primarily on water and energy consumption, with optional data on products used. The ecolabel aims to promote circular economy principles and sustainable tourism practices across the SUDOE region.
