The Brussels Destination Q1 2025 report, published by visit.brussels in May 2025, presents provisional tourism trends in the city. It provides data on evolving dynamics across various sectors, including hospitality, air transportation, and cultural and leisure activities. The report highlights a slight 1.6% decline in total overnight stays compared to 2024, although hotel and hostel stays increased by 3%, with an average occupancy rate of 65.4%. Additionally, museum and attraction attendance dropped by 8%, partly due to a lower number of major exhibitions compared to the previous year.
