Commissioned by the European Parliament and managed by DG CNECT, RESTwithEU supports the digital transformation of the restaurant sector. This 18-month pilot project is dedicated to creating digital solutions tailored to SMEs, addressing key issues such as changing leisure and travel patterns, modernizing work methods, and promoting sustainable food management. The project will culminate in a workshop in Lyon, chosen for its gastronomic significance and the global SIRHA event, to foster industry collaboration and innovation.
