RESTwithEU is an initiative aimed at advancing the digital transformation of the European restaurant sector, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, and European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs). The project addresses the sector's slow adoption of technology and the challenges exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced many restaurants to adapt quickly to survive.
