In April 2025, the PHOENIX 4.0 project has launched the Resilience Navigator Tool to support tourism SMEs. This tool, developed under the COSME programme, helps businesses assess their preparedness and adaptability in five key areas such as risk management, marketing, accessibility, sustainability and digital adaptation. By offering personalised insights and tailored strategies, PHOENIX 4.0 aims to enhance the resilience and sustainability of Europe's tourism sector.
