The Phoenix 4.0 project (PHOENIX 4.0 – Resilient Ecosystem for Empowering Tourism SMEs), co-funded by the EU, was launched in November 2024 to assist tourism SMEs in adopting resilient, sustainable, and digital business models. This initiative aims to ensure a resilient future, in line with the EU’s Transition Pathway for Tourism.

The Phoenix 4.0 project (PHOENIX 4.0 – Resilient Ecosystem for Empowering Tourism SMEs), funded by the European Union, aims to support tourism SMEs in becoming more resilient, digital, and sustainable. Coordinated by ARCTUR, it focuses on strengthening SME resilience, accelerating digital adoption, promoting sustainable innovation, and fostering collaboration. Running from November 2024 to August 2027, its expected outcomes include enhanced competitiveness, reduced environmental impact, and improved efficiency within the European tourism sector.
