The Law on the Regulation of the Establishment and Operation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodations of 2019 (Law 34(I)/2019) was enacted by the Republic of Cyprus and published in 2019 through the Cyprus Bar Association’s legal portal. This regulation establishes a comprehensive framework for the licensing, classification, and operation of hotels and tourist accommodations, including provisions for self-catering units and mixed-use developments.
