Local authorities committed to achieving climate neutrality by 2050 or earlier are encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the EU Cities Mission’s new Twinning Learning Programme.
Over the course of one year, selected Twin Cities will be paired with Mission Cities to engage in structured peer learning and practical collaboration, tailored to their specific learning needs and priorities — including areas such as transport and mobility.
