The COOL NOONS project, funded by the Interreg Euro-MED Programme, aims to promote climate change adaptation in urban settings while renewing tourism in five pilot Mediterranean cities. Coordinated by AVITEM, it focuses on creating "Cool Noons Paths" and testing solutions to improve comfort during the hottest hours of the day. Running from January, 2024, to September, 2026, the initiative involves collaboration with residents and stakeholders to generate innovative and sustainable tourism solutions.
