On 6-7 October 2026, the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), on behalf of the European Commission, brings its Clusters Meet Regions initiative to Athens for the first time, hosted with the Region of Attica.

The two-day, free-to-attend event brings together cluster organisations, SMEs, investors and regional, national and EU-level authorities to explore how cooperation between clusters and regional development strategies can support industrial transition, including in retail-adjacent sectors present in the Attica region.
This is the same recurring EU cluster-cooperation initiative already represented on this platform through the January 2026 Regensburg edition - a further stop on the same series rather than a duplicate.
