On 16 April 2026, the Enterprise Europe Network hosts an online event to understand how the digital and green transitions are reshaping the retail sector across Europe to help SMEs to adapt to this changing retail landscape. The webinar will present key trends affecting the retail sector, highlight practical examples of digital innovation, and provide insights into EU policies and initiatives supporting SMEs.  It will offer the opportunity to hear perspectives from the OECD, Politecnico di Milano, EuroCommerce and DG GROW. They will dive into global trends affecting the retail sector, showing real cases examples and explaining EU policies and initiatives to support SMEs to become more competitive and sustainable. The webinar will also offer an opportunity to exchange with experts and peers, helping participants translate strategic insights into concrete actions.
