The Clusters Meet Regions & ECCP Matchmaking edition in Pamplona, held on 12–13 November 2025, will bring together European cluster organisations, SMEs, policymakers, and innovation actors to explore how regional and EU-level cooperation can reinforce industrial ecosystems and drive Europe’s green and digital transformation.
Co-organised by the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) in partnership with Sodena and the Government of Navarra, the event will focus on aligning regional and EU cluster policies, advancing the industrial transition of traditional sectors such as automotive and construction, and fostering the development of emerging industries including biotech, advanced electronics, and renewable energy technologies.
Navarra’s strong industrial base, spanning automotive, renewable energy, health, electronics, and agrifood, provides an ideal backdrop for discussions on how regions and clusters can jointly boost strategic autonomy, competitiveness, and innovation.
The programme features high-level panels on topics such as the Net-Zero Industry Act, circular economy strategies for critical raw materials, and clusters as investment hubs. Participants will engage in B2B matchmaking sessions, explore collaborative projects, and attend study visits to key innovation sites, including the National Renewable Energy Centre (CENER) and NAITEC.
Through networking, knowledge exchange, and practical cooperation, the event aims to strengthen interregional ties and position clusters as central actors in Europe’s Clean Industry Deal and Net-Zero Industrial Strategy.
