The European Angel Investment Summit (EAIS), taking place on 28–29 October in Brussels, is where Europe’s early-stage investors, visionary entrepreneurs, and key EU policymakers unite to shape a stronger and more resilient innovation ecosystem. Organised by the European Business Angel Network (EBAN) in collaboration with the InvestEU Portal and the European Commission, the summit provides a unique platform to discuss and drive forward the policies, partnerships, and funding mechanisms that will define the future of European entrepreneurship.

Participants will engage in critical discussions on shaping the 28th regime, fostering Europe’s pension funds to invest alongside VCs and angels in startups, and developing public–private partnerships that enhance Europe’s competitiveness in frontier sectors such as AI, SpaceTech, and DefenceTech. The summit also highlights the importance of cross-border angel investments as a catalyst for scaling up startups and enabling Europe’s transition towards a unified innovation market.

By convening stakeholders across the innovation spectrum, EAIS aims to transform Europe’s investment landscape and empower the next generation of startups to thrive globally.
