The NaTour4CChange European project, part of the Interreg Euro-MED Programme, released the Climate Action Planning Toolkit in January 2025. This practical guide, developed by the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR) and The Travel Foundation, aims to help tourism stakeholders in the Mediterranean basin adopt sustainable and climate-conscious practices. It offers guidance on developing Climate Action Plans for tourism, including best practices, case studies, and methodologies to integrate climate resilience into tourism strategies. The toolkit is intended for those dedicated to shaping a more sustainable future for coastal and nature-based tourism.
