The Tour4Youth project offers a comprehensive three-step program designed to integrate young people into the tourism, hospitality, and catering sectors. It includes an online career management course with certification, matchmaking services between employers and job seekers, and personalized work placements within relevant organizations. The program aims to enhance sector-specific skills and provide practical work experience, targeting students aged 15-24 and unemployed graduates in Finland, Estonia, and Latvia.
