The F&B Cost Management Course 2025, organised by the Austrian Hotel Association (ÖHV), offers comprehensive training focused on optimising food and beverage costs in the hospitality industry. Tailored for hotel professionals such as F&B managers and executive chefs, the programme equips participants with practical tools for strategic purchasing, efficient stock control, and improved collaboration between kitchen and service teams.

Over the course of three days, attendees will take part in expert-led lectures and hands-on workshops, gaining valuable insights into F&B cost control and pricing strategies. The course is ISO-certified and carries a participation fee of EUR 1,790 (The original piece available only in German).
