The ÖHV Quartals-Benchmark Q1 2025, published by the Austrian Hotel Association (ÖHV) in 2025, presents the latest performance data for Austria’s hotel sector. Based on STR data, the report highlights a decline in occupancy and RevPAR in Salzburg and Graz compared to Q1 2024, while Linz remains stable and Vienna shows a slight increase in RevPAR despite stagnant occupancy. The benchmark also includes comparisons with selected European cities, such as Munich, which reported improved performance.
