Reports are submitted via the "Propose content" section of the platform, accessible once logged in. Signatories are asked to select "Reports" as the content type, provide key details such as title, source, author, and a short summary with an option to provide more information in the main body, and attach the relevant report file. Content must also be tagged with appropriate descriptors (geographical scope, organisation type, and CoC aspirational objective) to ensure proper classification on the platform.

For a full step-by-step walkthrough, please refer to the attached presentation. You can also find reporting templates attached. Please note that the templates are only voluntary – any format may be used, provided that the reporting requirements are met.

If you need instructions regarding other topics, you can always refer to the user guide or reach out to us via Agri-food helpdesk or the Technical helpdesk.
