The third edition of the EU Food Safety Forum, titled “EU FOOD SAFETY FORUM 2025”, will take place on December 2-3, 2025, at the CNR headquarters in Rome, marking a new milestone in the EU Food Safety Platform's journey.

The main scope of this event is to bring together policymakers, researchers, industry leaders, and innovators to discuss:

  • Science-policy-society interface in food safety, ensuring broad participation and forward-looking dialogue. 

  • Co-creation of the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), updating it to respond to new challenges and opportunities in food safety. 

  • Sharing results and best practices from ongoing EU projects, fostering networking and collaboration. 

  • Showcasing young researchers and innovators, and giving them a platform to present ideas and solutions

The event is led by the EU Food Safety Platform, hosted by CNR ISPA (Institute of Sciences of Food Production, National Research Council of Italy). It will take place on 2-3 December 2025, at 10:00 CET, onsite in Rome, Italy.
