SIAL Paris, the biennial international food exhibition, returns to Paris Nord Villepinte from 17-21 October 2026. The trade-only event gathers thousands of exhibitors from over 100 countries, spanning the full agri-food supply chain from producers and processors to distributors and retailers.

Alongside the exhibition floor, the programme includes SIAL Innovation, marking its 30th anniversary in 2026, plus dedicated conference tracks, start-up showcases and thematic routes covering trends from plant-based products to sustainable packaging and animal welfare.
One highlight to watch is the SIAL for Change Awards Ceremony on 18 October, recognising companies and start-ups driving sustainable change in the food industry. For its second edition, the competition has partnered with The Foodies, the FoodDrinkEurope sustainability award supported by the European Commission, opening entry to European SMEs and start-ups that are not exhibiting at the show.
