The European Commission is inviting views on possible improvements to Joint Undertakings and Article 185 initiatives under Horizon Europe. The consultation will gather evidence on how these partnerships operate and how they could better support EU competitiveness, research, innovation and the deployment of technologies, including in agriculture and the bioeconomy. Responses will contribute to the Commission’s impact assessment and the development of future European Partnerships. The consultation is open from 10 July to 16 October 2026, midnight Brussels time. National and regional administrations, academic and research institutions, technology centres, industry associations, SME intermediaries, research infrastructures, public bodies, NGOs and the general public can respond through the online questionnaire in any official EU language.
